Activity
Affording medical, surgical and
maternity relief in such manner as the Trustees may think fit and
including-giving :
Awarding Scholarship,
giving loans to needy students on easy terms regarding repayment with or
without interest or remitting the said loans in full or in part;
Opening, running and helping schools, colleges, boarding houses, hostels and other educational institutions.
>>Subscription, contributions and/or donations to any schools, colleges public funds, orphanages or other public institutions for advancement and propagation of education and knowledge and for promotions of any public charitable objects :
Doing any other act that is considered
charitable and of general public utility including :-
>> Opening and running homes for the elders, homes, for widows, widowers, persons desiring to remain unmarried for life, orphanages etc. Provided always that without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the help to be given under any of the forgoing heads wherever the case admits may be given either by the way of pecuniary payments or the supply of provisions, foods or clothing or the supply or distribution of medical relief or in any manner as the Trustees consider desirable.
>> And it is hereby declare that the relief to be granted as hereinabove mentioned shall not be limited or restricted to persons of any particular caste or creed or religion.
The Trustees shall hold the said trust properties for public charitable purposes irrespective of cost, creed or community and utilize any part of the net income of the Trust Property as also the corpus of the Trust Fund for advancement of other charitable objects or purposes in particular :-
>> To help persons affected by earthquake, floods and other national calamities draught and famine irrespective of caste, creed and community and also for animals, cattles birds and environmental needs.
To help education’s centers like Schools, Colleges, reading rooms, welfare center and students hostels, ashrams, especially for maintaining, developing and retaining Indian Culture and philosophy.
>> To give scholarships or other assistance to any student or apprentice or trainees working in a private or public firm or company prosecuting studies either, primary, secondary, college or post graduate in Indian or going abroad.
>> To help institutions who have object of brining up of upliftment to human society by educating, by preaching, by arranging lectures to give scholarship, irrespective of caste, creed and community.
>> To do such activity with an intention or to develop, encourage and support the Indian culture by way of educating the masses training and developing such area and to create harmony between the peoples for the benefit of the public irrespective of caste, creed and community.
>> To help in construction of meditation hall, Research Center irrespective of caste, creed and community, but as an aim educating masses culturally for the society and the nation.
>> To set up institutions for advancement of education and to knowledge in arts, science, literature, humanitarian and all other useful subject in all other manifestation.
To do such activity to encourage healthy co-operation to human beings among the public at large irrespective of caste, creed and community.
>> To advance any other objects of any general public utility for all irrespective of casts, creed and community.
>> To do such activity for the amelioration of cattles, animals, birds and insects.
To save, maintain and keep the facilities for animals, birds, insect for their lives and to provide food and veterinary hospitals for their welfare and to start and / or to develop and encourage the institutions like Gaushala, Panjrapol etc.
>> To erect, start and conduct dispensaries, maternity hospital for animals, birds and all insects, Trustees shall be at liberty to use the income for the purposes, aforesaid either directly or through schools, hospitals, orphanages or any other institution carrying out the aforesaid objects provided that the income shall be utilized only for the aforesaid purposes.
The
Trustees may in their absolute discretion utilize any part of the net income of
the trust property as also the corpus of the trust fund for any object of
“RURAL DEVELOPMENT” or rural work to provide self employment and in particular
in or towards the following :-
a. Establishment and
b. Running of Educational & Vocational
training Centre.
>>Assistance
in the setting up of rural industries in selected areas by the rural work to
provide them self-employment.>> Supply of improved verities of needs and provisions of facilities and assistance to such farmers of establishing such farms.
>> Supply of fertilizers and insecticides to group of small/marginal farmers and giving guidance and training to such farms in the use of fertilizers, insecticides etc.
>> Supply
of plant protection equipment sprayers, farm machinery, implements etc. to the
village Panchayat for the use of groups of small/marginal farmers.
>> Animal Husbandry assisting the farmers in cattle improvement through establishment of veterinary dispensary artificial insemination centers etc. dairy products processing and marketing.
>> Establishment of workshops for servicing and repair of farm machinery and training artisans, machines etc.
>> Assistance to group of small / marginal forms, landless labourers etc. in poultry farming, horticulture etc.
A. Construction and
B. Maintenance of drinking water in
constructing houses on sites provided in rural areas by Govt. Village Panchayat
etc.
